Gabe Olivier was on a public sidewalk hoping to reach people with Gospel. Instead, he was arrested, handcuffed and loaded into a police cruiser for violating a Brandon, Mississippi ordinance. That ordinance requires him to stay in a small, distant “protest area” — a hundred yards from the people he was hoping to reach. He went to court to challenge the ordinance, but a judge refused to even hear the case.
